Synopsis

PinSnapper is a Chrome Extension to screen capture rectangles on a web page and pin them to Pinterest. Just click the PinSnapper icon, drag a rectangle, and you've created a Pin.

Installation

Install from Chrome Web Store

Usage

• install the extension
• click the PinSnaller icon on the right side of the address bar
• drag to select a rectangle anywhere in the page

TODO

• Fix handling of non-100% zoom levels.
• Consider showing the cropping UI in an iframe to avoid injecting styles into the page and doing fragile style resets.
• Touch compatibility when selecting a rectangle.
