Changed the instructions for DRIVEDOCS.1.7v0.1 from "Only Users in Organizations" to "No one" to match the intent of what the policy was trying to accomplish.

Actually, a code change is required here. ScubaGoggles currently accepts both "Only users in your organization" and "No one." I will make the needed change.
