Build/Release: Add ZIP Source File Distribution

🗣 Description

In addition to providing a gzipped tar source distribution, this adds a source file distribution in ZIP format.

Closes #524

🧪 Testing

The build script has been tested via manual runs and also on a private instance of the GitHub repository.
