Apparently, https://www.ssldragon.com/blog/what-is-a-ca-bundle/ does not like to be fetched by linkchecker running on the GitHub Actions build infrastructure anymore. Since that link is non-essential, just drop it.
The site has fixed its SSL certificate issues in the interim. This reverts commit c92f079.
High-performance local storage is a feature that is available and supported in both our Compliant Cloud regions. Fix the feature support matrix accordingly.
