Start Development Web Server

• Copy .env.example file to .env so that local backend can be found.
• npm install
• npm start

Running Cypress Tests

• Copy .env.cypress.json.example to .env.cypress.json
• Start backend (see (https://github.com/codefordc/us-congress-pizza-flag-tracker)
• Start Development Web Server
• In a separate terminal from the frontend directory, run npx cypress open
