Motivation
Implemented cross-service trace propagation as mentioned in #514
Solution
Introduced an optional dependency on OpenTelemetry and added Injector and Extractor implementations for MetadataMap to facilitate trace propagation. Provided ClientTracingLayer and ServerTracingLayer to support tracing at both client and server levels.
