This PR reduce the number of PDF variations for PbPb MC samples from 1368 down to 533 variations.
It was noticed that the WZ and ZZ POWHEG processes takes a considerable amount of time per event, mostly dominated by the calculation of the PDF variations. So, to speed up the production, this PR only keep the central value of all the proton PDFs (except for CT18ANLO which is used as reference for EPPS21) while it also adds the central value of EPPS16 to be used for comparisons with previous results. The changes are propagated to both POWHEG and MadGraph to keep them consistent.
