In this release, expanded ECC2 and ECC2comp models are added, where one can now find more annotations (from BiGG), dG0 values (made with the eQuilibrator API; See the internal model descriptions for more about the calculation settings), removed ID artifacts (no more "DASH", "RPAREN" and "LPAREN") and the renaming of the "ex" external compartment to "e" to adhere to naming standards.
The old ECC2 and ECC2comp versions can still be found in the subfolders "ECC2_old" and "ECC2comp_old".
