- Adds link language which uses Holochain & socket.io for revision signaling
- Adds link language which uses just a centralized server for persisting and sharing links
- Fixes bug where JS event loop would stop polling and cause link language to starve
- Improve the error handling logs in Perspective.ts when calling into a link language
- Improve handling of timeout errors in Perspective.ts to avoid executor crashing
