This updates all dependencies and fixes multiple dependabot issues. For remark-*, this will be addressed as a followup jira P20-731 as this requires a refactoring.

This PR updates all dependencies to the latest except for the
remark-*dependencies.remark-*has done a major change in 9.0.0 which changes the APIs and requires a major refactoring. This will be done in P20-731
