Add EBT card picture (with digits highlit) to TX splash page

In first 5 texts from TX, 3 have only put in 16 (of 19) digits.

I gather that this is because the card puts the last 3 below, so I am including this image:

Reopening because it looks like we lost this in a revision. We should consider adding it back per #308.
