Texas users are still having problems finding the last 3 digits of their 19-digit card # because they're weirdly located on a second row below the main 16 digits. Some sample user messages from TX:
My numbers I sent were 16 numbers but where are the 19 numbers??????
Its only has 16 digits?

Modify the "please respond with your 19-digit EBT card" message just for Texas to say something more specific, maybe even checking to see if their previous text was 16 digits and conditionally responding for that situation
