bns-python

This Python module is an interface to the software tool BNS (https://people.kth.se/~dubrova/BNS/user_manual.html) for the computation of attractors in synchronous Boolean Networks.

Installation

bns-python is distributed as part of the CoLoMoTo docker.

conda install -c colomoto bns-python
