Overview

This pr fixes following issues in sage report

  • Changes net amount to be always positive
  • Changes tax amount to be always positive
  • Use accounting code in place of account name field for Nominal A/C Ref column
  • Use accounting code in place of account name field for Account reference column
  • Show '0' for rows where tax code is not equal to 'T8'
  • Remove contact name column
  • Make member number column a link to contact detail page
