The styling of the headers on the readme should match the styling of the headers on GitHub readme #97

Currently, the headers (h1, h2, h3...) on the readme section have inconsistent styling (i.e. the h1's are smaller than h3's). The styling for the headers in the readme section should match the styling of the headers found in the GitHub readme section

Acceptance Criteria
Given I Navigate to the details page of a resource
When I See the headers in the readme section
And when I Navigate to the GitHub page for that resource
Then I Should be able to see that the headers on both the details page and the GitHub page are the same
