Version 3.0 of dpSlate

This version supports a new style interface as well as:

• improved search with "next" and "prev"
• a Title Page that is generated using the YAML directives in the Markdown
• Print media support that includes the Table of Contents and Title Page
• Automatic publishing date
• Ability to turn off the ToC, search, or Title page controlled by directives in the Markdown
• Ability to turn off the Code Panel via a directive in the Markdown
