Please note that all other commands in the readme are broken because
kubectl will no longer pass the -n value (or accept such arg) while invoking
plugins as of 1.12. So the plugin must implement its own -n flag.

I'll merge this but krew index needs to be update to kubectl-kubesec v1.0.0
