Changelog

Fix walk speed modifier, since it's now additive in 1.11
Default walk modifier for blocks carried on back is 15% (down from 20%)
Fix being able to place down carried blocks in claims (#4)
Fix animations not being updated when server corrects invalid action
(Such as placing or picking up a block in a claimed area.)
