If no `PageSpecification` is provided to the `VaultService.queryBy(...)` function an exception is thrown if the number of results exceeds the `DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE` vault configuration.

AccountServiceinterface doesn't provide any way to return paginated results when querying foraccountsan the number of the results is indefinite.The fix adds a
PageSpecification(1, MAX_PAGE_SIZE)page specification parameter when the number of results returned by thevaultService.queryBy<AccountInfo>is indefinite.This pull request fixes #99 .
