I am using the front end. I use this every week to update my own database.
So, for example, if I select, "What programs are making deposits and withdrawals?" (Table 2) And let's say I select Social Security Benefits under "withdrawal" and then I select the dates, "After, 2017-04-27" and "Before, 2017-05-05" and hit, "Query preview," it comes up, no results found.

I am seeing this also using the api in google docs. It appears the most recent available data is from April 19th, 2017. Example in this spreadsheet |
Thanks we've noticed that as well. We'll look into why the data collection
seems to have stopped and let you know when it's fixed.

Thanks.
You may want to check with the Treasury and how they post their data. They changed something back in April and some browsers can't access.

Dudes - what's going on here? The only truth to be found and ... it's down??? |
Sorry for the delay, we are looking into it along with another option for making the service more robust in the future. |
Any update on this issue. I am not seeing any date newer than April 19th. Here is the URL I am hitting. |
Hi Joe,
Buton has created a branch where he refactored and simplified the code:
https://github.com/csvsoundsystem/federal-treasury-api/tree/burton-parser-fixup
Instead of just executing download_and_parse_fms_fixies.py to run
everything there is now a download_fms_fixies.py and a separate
parse_fms_fixies.py function. Running those two should build the DB as
before, hopefully with the additional dates restored.
I've been trying to test this out to see if it fixes the issue but Windows
(as usual) is having issues running the script so I'll need more time to
figure this out. In the meanwhile, feel free to test it out and let me know
if it works for you.

Hello,
Quick update: The fixies now download successfully through today if you
execute download_fms_fixies.py.
The parser query is still buggy, will need more time to figure that out
before I feel comfortable merging into master.

Hey treasury data fans! We at Enigma have rewritten the treasury.io parser with our internal ETL libraries based on the contents of this repo, and are currently keeping these tables up-to-date at the following link: https://public.enigma.com/browse/1ee6ce88-f5f8-4a2c-8190-445739beea31 |
Thanks Cameron! What do you think would be the best way to integrate this
into the website? We were just talking about it the other day, open to any
suggestions.
