我發現我沒有在一開始頁面啟動的時候先 updateCounterView...所以如果重新整理，一開始會顯示 0 筆，直到送出第一次以後數字才會回復。 這塊等上線沒有其他問題以後我再繼續修復。 |

新增簡易的計數器，儲存於 localStorage 中。
會在 submit 的 post success 以後更新 counter, 重新整理時 counter 也會在。
我這邊沒有完整的測試環境，上線前請再測試一下。
如果要調整 ui, 記得數字一定要被 以 counter 為 class 的 span 包住。剩下的要怎麼調整就隨意了。
