Fix for issue #754
Previously, @OldComputerName was used to remove the existing SQL Server. This was based on the assumption that the SQL Server's name is identical to the computer name of the VHD. However, since the 10.0.29 VHD, this is no longer true. fixes #704
Enables power users of the cmdlet to provide a list of properties to be used by SQLPackage to customize the bacpac import. #648
