The novel.settings.yml gets ignored on production sites. However, if we leave setting the config in the `dpl_example_content` module, we cannot override it for the BNF site.
Otherwise, we may get an error as `bnf_client` is not enabled, but the settings file persists.
This view should only be available if the `bnf_server` module is enabled.
