The novel.settings.yml gets ignored on production sites. However, if we leave setting the config in the `dpl_example_content` module, we cannot override it for the BNF site.
Otherwise, we may get an error as `bnf_client` is not enabled, but the settings file persists.

Setting the BNF details on the bnf_server, so it is easier to discern the client from server.
Also fixes an issue, so pushing to an existing BNF site doesnt cause a deploy fail when the module is not enabled.
