Neighborhood Tabulation Area codes and names are also included for each census tract.2010master.csv

- HPD's Section 8 voucher units by zip code and by type of voucher for each month from January 2003 through May 2016. 'Regular' vouchers are traditional, mobile vouchers that move with a tenant. These are the 'Housing Choice Vouchers' we focused on in our analysis. 'Project Based Vouchers (PBV)' are connected to an affordable housing unit. 'Enhanced' vouchers are for households in buildings leaving an affordable housing program.

has a list of census tracts that NYCHA Section 8 households moved from, and a list of census tracts they moved to after their units failed inspection in 2015. Of the 494 NYCHA Section 8 households who had to move because their apartments failed inspection in 2015, these 160 households successfully transferred to a new apartment.Long Term Suspension Move Outs 04 21 FINAL.xlsx
is a list of census tracts/zip codes, one for each NYCHA Section 8 household who couldn’t find a new place to accept their voucher after their apartment in the census tract failed inspection in 2015 and they were required to move.
