Add basic support for Adafruit Trinkey QT2040 https://www.adafruit.com/product/5056. An RP2040 based board, that has USB-A built in for ease. While adding support change a number of things to be a little more generic like blinking the LED with PWM, binary, or as a neopixel, instead of basing it off the board.
I have tested the changes on a normal Raspberry Pi Pico, and none of the changes cause any issues. I however do not have a Pico W to test with, so it should be tested on one of those boards.
