This rule was absent from the .gitignore file.
Saves around 2.8MB of bandwidth when loading the README and cloning the repository.

This pull request includes two commits. In the first commit I compressed (losslessy) the files in the screenshots directory by 2864KB. In the second, I added a .gitignore rule so that the stack.yaml.lock file does not get pulled in by future commits.
