Update for Deye Micro Inverters 2mppt Firmware MW3_SSL_5408_1.0B

Solves Problem with new Deye Firmware "MW3_SSL_5408_1.0B" by changing modbus length from 0x80 to0x7E. Maybe this changes also needed for the 4mppt Version, but I've not done this because I could not test. If you want me to do make a Pull request.
First testet on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2 running Openhab 4.0.4, sadly this doesn't work, so I was forced to Update.
Tested on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2 running Openhab 4.2.1 and debug environment running Openhab 4.3.0

Also tested with these Deye microinverters (all have only 2mppt):

• Deye SUN600G3-EU
• Deye SUN-M80G3-EU
• Deye SUN-M80G4-EU

First unzip the attached file and follow the instructions
