Bump dwn-sdk-js to 0.2.14 (#104)

- Bump `dwn-sdk-js` to `0.2.14` which now uses `@web5/dids`.
- Using `TestDataGenerator` to generate a `did:key` `Persona`.
- Bump `dwn-sql-store` to `0.2.8`
