При чистой пересборке выяснилось, что для official build нужны архивы данных для PGO, отключил PGO.
Исправил патч и адаптировал его под версию 123.
Пробую fetch одного тега, чтобы уменьшить объём загружаемых файлов при обновлении репозитория chromium.
