简介

本项目与上海儿童医学中心合作，是中学生节律研究的子课题。本项目仅展示节律拟合的部分研究。

数据

出于隐私保护，大部分数据都加入了极大的噪声，因此不能直接使用本项目的数据，仅作为参考。

拟合模型

本项目分别用四个拟合函数对中学生节律进行拟合，模型分别为：cosine，hill，logistic，arctangent。 模型细节可参考[1]。

结果展示

拟合结果中包含了拟合函数图像和原始数据（含原始噪声，不含后期加入的噪声）。
