Added Title page

• Add title page explaining purpose and introduction to the book
• Add list of contributors
• Added more contribution instructions to README.md

Note: contributors link will not work currently until the file is merged into main.

Further Ideas:
Not all of them are good just doing a brain dump.

• Add DevSoc logo to the front page if you can figure out how to adapt SVGs to book theme
  • Possibly already solved with these: Issue, PR, Failed Attempt
• Add a "Last updated" or "change log" whether manual or automatic (maybe not necessary unless it is going to go through many iterations and improvements)
• Add a more details on who this is for, or how to use (a bit self explanatory so probably not needed)
