First release of 3D visualization software for Expansion Sequencing

This is the custom-developed 3D visualization software, built on OpenFrameworks, to visualize the untargeted in situ sequencing data in the an intact slice of mouse hippocampus (shown in Figure 3 of Alon et al 2020)
