• Accessed on the web (in a separate static branch of your code repository)

Latest (updated) specification and design documents

• Keep those short! Consider what is/isn’t important for customers/devs.
• Highlight major changes from the LCA versions of the documents.

Updated test plan, including actual test cases

• Automated tests (if applicable)
• Usability testing plan
• What questions you plan to ask your beta users? What areas to focus on?

Up-to-date schedule

• Including what has been accomplished and what remains to be done still

Release notes

• Known issues with prioritization, shown in the actual bug tracking system
• Detailed instructions on how to run your application from the sources or else zipped with correct directory structure
