Lavagna 1.0.4

This release add the support for gitlab.com and any self hosted gitlab instances as a login provider.
Please note that if you are using self-signed certificate for your self hosted instance, you need to import it as a trusted certificate in the cacerts key store of your jre.

There are some additional small fixes and updates. See the changelog.
