Credit to RavenCommunity/kawpowminer#124 for the OpenCL fixes. Slight modifications had to be made but the majority of the updates for OpenCL is from that PR. This improves the hashrate significantly for many newer AMD cards. This should be tested thoroughly on AMD cards before merging.
