First GitHub release; second major content release.

This is the second feature rich update, and far from the first release of this plugin even though this is the first release posted to GitHub. For all releases posted before this, go here: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/jakes-rtp.80201. From now on though, GitHub will be the place with the most up to date information.
