Well mate, you've done it. You blacklisted your AppleID. The fix is simple but not pretty, **you MUST call [Apple](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232)**. Otherwise, there is no proceeding besides using a new account. Adding a payment card before calling can help legitimize the account so it doesn't seem as much like a bot.

## Are you on Big Sur or later?

If so, please note that the Customer Service Code is available only via Terminal. To get it open the Messages.app executable to verify your customer code and your email

Finder -> Application -> right click on Messages and click Show Package Contents -> Contents -> MacOS -> Click on `Messages`

Now the customer code will be shown in the terminal and by calling apple support iService it will work again

- For Apple contacting, there are 2 methods
- Apple calls you: [Apple Support](https://getsupport.apple.com/). You must click on Apple ID and then select the iCloud, Facetime & Messages. Now, you should click on Talk to Apple Support Now and type your phone number
