pd-trigger, updated to use the PagerDuty API version 2

Changes

  • Program uses PagerDuty API version 2
  • User interface options overhauled to match APIv2 features and nomenclature
  • stdin, command paramaters, and -d optarg are all capable of generating PagerDuty event subject lines
