Bump parse-path and documentation

Removes [parse-path](https://github.com/IonicaBizau/parse-path). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [documentation](https://github.com/documentationjs/documentation). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `documentation` from 12.3.0 to 14.0.2
