Description

Introduces a new remote feature toggle for tab switcher animation functionality. The feature is disabled by default and can be controlled remotely through the tabSwitcherAnimation feature flag.

Steps to test this PR

Feature Toggle Implementation

  • Verify the feature is disabled by default
  • Confirm the remote feature toggle can be enabled/disabled through the feature flag system
  • Ensure the toggle is properly scoped to the application level
