Added a new effect called "ShakeOscillate" that performs a shake animation on the input image, allows you to adjust the amount of movement and speed on the x and y axes separately, also oscillates the rotation with adjustable speed, has a parameter that adjusts the phase of the oscillations (useful if you want to animate more than one image at a time and give variation between them) and adds a "bool" that activates or deactivates the mirror.
