v1.2 Alpha 3

A small update set to last week's v1.2 Alpha 2

New in this alpha:

• Improve grouping of masthead and footer divs #80
• Add EBI Visual Framework to NPM #81
• Break apart script.js into separate concerns #82

We expect a feature-freeze in later May with a July release.
