The first release candidate.

New from the last beta:

• Better handling of anchor links on page load #122
• Ability to capture analytics on livefiltering #123
• Warns when invoking the framework on a nearly empty document #115
• Allow one-off use of announcements code #124

A stable release is expected in mid-March.

Things that won't likely make it into 1.3 and are shaping up for v1.4:

• Detection and adaption of JS-powered sites (React, Angular)
• Structural adaptations for internal tools (TSC, et al.)
• Further documentation efforts (we have tooling in place, but need to better utilise it)
• Logging of print, copy, paste to analytics
