This is release 20160125 (v2.0.5) of GET_HOMOLOGUES. This release provides the most up-to-date get_homologues.pl and get_homologues-est.pl scripts. A bug in _cluster_make[Homo|Ortho|Inpara]log.pl was fixed which prevented use of the cluster for these tasks in get_homologues.pl, and ended up being done on the master node.
