Changed Smith Warehouse Creation to on Creation of Smith Document

Feature description

1. Smith Warehouses will now be created when a Smith document is created
   • The warehouses also the follow the tree structure of; All Smith Warehouse>Head of smith Warehouse(s)>Smith Warehouse(s)
   • Only created if no warehouse is selected when creating a Smith
2. Customisations in Smith DocType
   • Replaced 'Supplier Name' and 'Employee Name' with 'Smith Name', the name of the smith will be fetched from Supplier or Employee depending on the smith type
   • Added checkbox to indicate if a smith is the Head of Smith of that department
