Vacuum World v1.3.2

Two releases in one day... this release adds a 'speed' init parameter that allows speeding up (or slowing down) the whole environment, and implements yet some more code quality improvements as well.

Vacuum World v1.3.1

Previous iterations of the Vacuum World blocked the whole EIS entity (and thus any corresponding agent) when executing an action. This has now been changed to a model in which the action execution is first only requested and then actually performed asynchronously in a thread.
The performance of the percept handling has also been improved and some various code quality improvements were done.
