1.0.0 Release Candidate 1

This first release consists in a full fledged controller script for the novation-launchcontrol-xl with 8 freely mappable user modes and four factory modes to control either Macro, Pan/FX or a set of pre-assigned parameters.

In all of the factory modes, it's possible to jump to device mode and control every possible knob in the device itself. Navigation across device chains and nested devices is provided. The goal is to have a 100% hands-off-the-computer Bitwig experience for the 2.0.0 when combined with the Novation Launchpad.
