[Feat] Include discover node timeout #25

This PR is based on the following issue: #842.

  • Introduced conditional context initialization using context.WithTimeout when discoverNodeTimeout is provided.
  • Ensured proper handling of context cancellation by deferring the cancel() function only when a timeout is set.
  • Updated the HTTP request creation to use NewRequestWithContext for context-aware request execution.

The changes look good, but I noticed there are no tests included. Could you please add some tests to cover the new functionality? Let me know if you need any help with this.

I don't think a timeout with a negative value makes sense.
I would change this to not be a pointer, such that we can validate its value is greater than zero.
