ELE-1165 Create a macro to generate the cloud profile

Definition of done:

• This macro should receive optional parameters of names of Elementary user and role.
• The macro should print out the connection profile.
  • Take into consideration the optional parameters.
  • Current profile otherwise.
• Idea - this could generate a URL with all the non sensitive fields that will be used to auto fill the DWH connection / copy from clipboard
